Our personalized three-step process supports Veterans and civilian patients experiencing medically diagnosed hair loss. We prioritize patient privacy, individualized care, and clear communication while navigating prescription and insurance requirements.
STEP 1 — Qualification Request & Secure Registration
Begin your journey by emailing support@revivedbeautyllc.com with the subject line “Qualification Request.”
Our team will review your initial inquiry to determine your preliminary eligibility for prescription (Rx) cranial prosthetic wig services.
Once qualified, you will receive a secure link to our Patient Portal, where you can complete registration, provide insurance information, and upload your prescription (Rx).
A valid prescription (Rx) must be uploaded and reviewed before an appointment can be scheduled.
Please do not email prescriptions or sensitive medical records directly.
Your privacy matters. Our secure, patient-centered process allows you to complete your registration and prescription intake at your own pace.
STEP 2 — Private Consultation, Selection & Insurance Coordination
Once your prescription has been reviewed, you may schedule your private virtual consultation.
Together, we review your head measurements, hair texture, length and style preferences, and relevant medical considerations to support a personalized cranial prosthetic selection. Individually Selected — Never Off-the-Shelf
Each prescription cranial prosthetic wig is selected according to your individual sizing requirements and preferences. We do not fulfill prescriptions from retail wig inventory. Our approach emphasizes sanitation, personalized fit, original wear comfort, and patient participation.
Veterans Requesting VA-Funded Services
Veterans must contact their VA representative or Prosthetics Department and request services through Revived Beauty LLC / ResilientMed Solutions Group.
You must then submit a message in your Patient Portal confirming VA notification and provide your VA representative's contact information.
We will not submit a quote to the VA until your notification has been documented. VA approval and purchasing authorization are required before production.
Civilian and Non-VA Insurance Patients
Insurance coverage, benefits, documentation, and authorization requirements vary by provider and individual policy.
Patients should contact their insurance provider or Insurance Navigator to verify their cranial prosthetic benefits. Your Insurance Navigator may also contact our team directly.
A prescription does not guarantee insurance coverage or approval.
STEP 3 — Authorization, Personalized Production & Global Delivery
Once your cranial prosthetic selection is finalized and all applicable VA or insurance authorizations are complete, your order proceeds to production.
Each prescription cranial prosthetic wig is prepared according to your confirmed sizing and selected specifications.
Our typical production and delivery timeframe is approximately 30–45 days, depending on order specifications and fulfillment requirements. This timeframe begins after the necessary approvals and order requirements are completed, not from day of your consultation.
Your completed cranial prosthetic is shipped directly to your confirmed address, with signature required upon delivery.
We will not provide shipment updates, but tracking information will be made available.
